To make sense of this, lets say you sleep 8 hours a day, which means that you have 16 hours a day for which you are awake. Since you do not want to take a prohormone within 6 hours of going to sleep, you are left with the first 10 hours of your day for which you can ingest a prohormone. So you have a 10 hour windown daily during your cycle for which you can take your prohormone, you just want to spread these out evenly and make sure your next dosage is no more than 6 hours later. Let's assume you want to move your prohormone dosage up to 3 servings, and you are taking your on cycle support twice a day. For the example, let's say you get up at 8am, at 8am you will take one serving of your prohormone and one serving of your on cycle support. At 1:00pm, 5 hours later you will take your second serving of your prohormone, and 5 hours later at 6:00pm you will take your last serving of your prohormone and last serving of your on cycle support.
